About Me

The Pilates Reformer machine is the number one piece of equipment used in the rehabilitation process, producing faster results than any other piece of equipment.

The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things in turn lead to daily life improvements such as; better posture, increase in strength, flexibility and muscular tone, efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. The Pilates Reformer machine creates a safe and varied exercise environment for a full body workout.


4 Week Pilates Reformer Courses

The reformer is recommended by Physiotherapist due the crucial role it plays in the rehabilitation of injuries.
The reformer is large enough to accommodate full-range of motion, which increases flexibility while building strength. The pushing and pulling action of the legs or arms against the resistance of the springs, carriage, and body weight, build up strength in the muscles and bones. The reformer is set-up for eccentric muscle contraction, which is the key to achieving strong, lean muscles without bulk.
